Download and locate folder on desktop, highlight and open MP3 files with iTunes or preferred music library.

In iTunes Right-Click Album, select ALBUM INFO > ARTWORK > ADD ARTWORK (included with download).

Sync to your icloud or preferred cloud storage service (if necessary).
